Leah is a Registered Psychotherapist licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She earned her honours undergraduate degree in psychology from Carleton University and her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Specializing in trauma training with a focus on polyvagal theory, Leah also works extensively with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, among other areas. Her expertise includes ongoing education in CBT-E, DBT, and draws from her personal journey of overcoming an eating disorder over 5 years ago. She has a particular passion for supporting individuals impacted by infertility, pregnancy loss, and missed miscarriage, drawing from her own personal experiences in these areas.
