Victoria Kuczynski received her Master’s of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Yorkville University. Victoria offers psychotherapy, counselling and psychoeducation to youth and adults. She is passionate about her work and her clients, specializing in areas such as borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression and caregiver stress/burnout.
Victoria puts the relationship with the client in the forefront, and strives to provide a warm, welcoming and a safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, brief narrative therapy and dialectic-behavioural therapy; Victoria tailors the treatment to each individual and their needs.
After working for several years with community organizations (i.e. Portage, Friends for Mental Health), Victoria works exclusively in private practice in Quebec and Ontario. She has recently opened the Borderline Personality Disorder clinic, to offer clients a wider range of services, all in one convenient location.
Tara is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who earned her BA from Carleton University in 2012, and her MA at Yorkville University.

As a compassionate professional experienced in addressing trauma, anxiety, mood and relationship issues, Tarra specializes in helping individuals manage distress, anxiety, mood and emotional disturbances associated with complex mental health conditions. Her main focus is on supporting clients in exploring issues and challenges in the safety of a warm, accepting environment. Through a strength-based approach, she strives to empower individuals in building and implementing effective strategies unique to their specific needs and circumstances, toward lasting change, meaningful experiences, and fulfilling relationships.
Tarra applies an integrative approach to treatment, incorporating Schema-Focused therapy with elements of Dialectical Behaviour therapy, Emotion-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural techniques, and Experiential methods. Her professional and personal experience provides her with in-depth knowledge of the issues and challenges faced by clients affected by personality and mood disorders, caregivers, and first-responders.
Leah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She completed her honours undergraduate degree in psychology through Carleton University, and her Masters in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.

Leah likewise specializes in eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, though she works within a wide variety of areas. Her training comes from [in-progress courses] CBT-E, DBT, and personal experience with eating disorders in particular; Leah has been recovered from her own eating disorder for over 5 years now. She also has a special interest in working with those who have been affected by infertility, pregnancy loss, and missed miscarriage; this is an area Leah has personal experience with.
