Victoria Kuczynski holds a Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She provides psychotherapy, counselling, and psychoeducation services to both youth and adults. Victoria is deeply committed to her work and her clients, with a specialization in borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and caregiver stress/burnout.
Victoria prioritizes the therapeutic relationship, striving to create a warm, welcoming, and safe, non-judgmental environment for her clients. She employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, brief narrative therapy, and dialectical-behavioral therapy, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the individual.
With extensive experience working with community organizations such as Portage and Friends for Mental Health, Victoria now operates exclusively in private practice across Quebec and Ontario. She has recently established the Borderline Personality Disorder Clinic, providing a comprehensive range of services in one convenient location.
